In this paper, we focus on the linguistic landscape in Japan, specifically grammar items that can be used in Korean grammar education, and look at examples of usage, focusing on Voice. Since there are eight types of voice in Korean, it takes a long time to introduce them in Korean classes. However, it was found that it would be easier to introduce the linguistic landscape by positioning it as a “Participation-guided visual text” and working on it. “Voluntary participation,” which makes students aware of the linguistic landscapes that are being spread throughout Japan and calls for students to provide information, and Korean language learning, which is used for explanations in museums and art galleries, as “outdoor study,” will stimulate discussions in Korean class. In addition, it was suggested that the presentation of expressions of prohibition, which are increasing, can be carried out. Since the stance of “multicultural coexistence” and “cross-cultural understanding” is also reflected in the background of Japan’s multilingual signs, they are educational because such a shared perspective leads to understanding of Korean culture. In this paper, we have discussed the effectiveness of the similarities and differences between Japanese and the Korean languages that are emerging from the linguistic landscape, but the range of effective use seems to vary depending on the specific approach and the what point of view.
