Abstract

シーライト型タングステン酸鉛 (PbWO4) 結晶とタングステン酸カルシウム (CaWO4) 結晶においてタングステン Lα 蛍光Ｘ線ホログラフィーの測定を行った。構造パラメータが既知の CaWO4 結晶を参照試料として用い PbWO4 結晶中のタングステン原子間の相対位置揺らぎを解析した。その結果、PbWO4 結晶中のタングステン原子間の相対位置揺らぎは 0.123 ± 0.011 Å であった。
