<p>われわれは垂直距骨に対してDobbs法に準じて治療を行った症例の8年の経過を検討した．初診時生後4ヵ月の男児であり，両足部の舟底足変形と，X線像で垂直距骨を認めた．Dobbs法に準じ徒手整復とギプス治療を施行した．手術は距舟関節を小切開で整復し，綱線とギプスで4週間固定した．8歳現在でX線側面距骨第一中足骨角は15/10° で再発や足部の愁訴は認めず，両足関節の可動域と臨床成績は良好であった．</p>
