高齢者疑似体験演習を生かした老年看護学実習での学びに関する検討― 学生の記録の分析を通して ―

In order to define the effect which role-play as the elderly in a simulation experience in sophomore on the gerontological practical training in junior, we analyzed mentioned contents in A report after the gerontological practical training, in a view point with the understanding the elderly and development to the care, mind.  The result was classified; 1) Having watched that the real life of the aged and remembered the simulation. 2) Having make care plan and carried in mind a real support scene. 3) Having felt the whole.  The simulation experience enabled apprentices to understand and acquire the following; ・The physical phenomena of aging ・The physical changes influenced by senescence and how these conditions affect daily life or daily occurrences of persons of advanced age. ・The ability of apprentices to make allowance for various physical handicaps. ・putting the ability above-mentioned into practical use, apprentices getting on well with the elderly and ad hoc measures and their improvement on how to communicate with one another. ・apprentices invention of individual and creative way of gerontological methodology that I can their own by their trial and error before the elders.  To be able to make sure this learning in training more, it is necessary for a charged teacher to give them advice that in a scene of the real care timely in the gerontological practical training guidance.
