Description
<p>The purpose of this study was to consider the meaning of the psychological education activities in which Dohsa-hou was applied for promoting the body consciousness to the adolescents. The aims of these activities were to make the college students and the professional school students recognize their body sense and mental state and feel their bodies relaxed in the Dohsa-hou process. As a result, the students reported that they recognized their much bodily tension, the feeling of comfortableness by the relaxation and the feeling of controllability of their bodily movements. It was useful to apply Dohsa-hou for the purpose of facilitating the body consciousness in psychological education activities for the adolescence.</p>
