Abstract

<p>This article discusses the correspondences and recognitions of the fisheries cooperative associations in Japan for the Tsunami caused by the Chile Earthquake 2010 based on the questionnaire research. The results indicate the some of their problems on the tsunami disaster mitigation as follows,</p><p>1)Insufficiency of the transmission and understanding of the tsunami information</p><p>2)Shortage of the cooperation and communication among the relating organizations</p><p>3)Absence of the manuals for the tsunami disaster prevention</p><p>4)Lack of the discussions and agreements about the offshore evacuation of the boats</p>
