<p> In this study, in order to validate the modeling of coastal forest within surf zone based using the three dimensional simulation, the simulation results and experimental values were compared. Laboratory experiments for revealing attenuation of wave height due to coastal forest has been conducted. After the validation of our numerical simulation, drag and inertial coefficients were estimated. It was confirmed that the trend of the both coefficients characterized by Keulegan-Carpenter and Reynolds number are consistent with the results estimated by the previous study.</p>
