Abstract
<p>In this study, we have established a simulation method to analyze the thermoelectric performance of a CNT film from the thermoelectric performance of an individual CNT by mapping the CNT network onto the electrical and thermal circuit networks. To enhance the ZT of CNT films, the optimization of PF and thermal conductivity κ is an important issue. Therefore, we analyzed the relationship between the contact thermal resistance of CNTs and the thermoelectric performance of CNT films and estimated the contact thermal resistance to achieve high ZT. The density dependence of ZT was also analyzed.</p>
