Abstract
<p>In this paper, enough insulation performance for healthy and safety in new residential housing against meteorological conditions in Nara was investigated using the Building Energy Simulation Tool for Housing (BEST-H). From results of calculations, it was clarified that the suitable mean overall coefficient for heat transfer, or UA value, for healthy and safety in new residential housing in Nara was set to the value of the division III for Japanese standard for energy saving in housing</p>
