Description

SRPBS Multi-disorder MRI Dataset (unrestricted) consists of resting-state fMRI data and structural MRI of the patients with autism spectrum disorder, major depression disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, pain, stroke, bipolar, dysthymia and the control participants of 11 MRI scanners. This dataset includes a brain imaging dataset of from 1410 participants with in NIFTI format. The“data” folder includes 1410 folders labeled with the participant’s ID (ex. sub-0001), and each participant’s folder contains folders labeled “rsmri” containing resting-state fMRI EPI images with number of volumes (.nii), “t1” containing defaced T1-weighted structural image (.nii), and optionally “fmap” containing fieldmap images (.nii). This dataset also contains demographic information (“participants_diagscore.xlsx”), MRI parameters (“MRI_protocols.xlsx”), results of QC (“group_T1w.tsv” and “group_bold.tsv”; see Technical Validation), and “README.txt” explaining the abbreviations appeared in above files.v), and readme file with MRI parameters (.txt) of each site. This dataset includes participants who agreed on ethics permissions to share the data publicly included in the related dataset (https://bicr-resource.atr.jp/srpbs1600/).
