説明

The purpose of this research is to overview the history of leadership. This research is based on leadership theories explored in the United States. Although leadership has a long history in business management, there are many aspects that have not been revealed. Such aspects are exemplified by new leadership theories developed in many countries. From these researches, this paper suggests that which leadership theory to take for Japanese companies to develop themselves in the future.
