Description

A sense of crisis surrounding the council of social welfare is increasing in which financial and administrative reform is advancing. We examined simple study to get factors improving motivation and problems for what workers of the council carry out their task hard.We could take the results four points below;first,human relationship in office second,a sense for the one's work third,a sense of mission for one's work fourth,a relationship with the clients.Especially,taking communication between members and facing attitudes for clients are emphasized.
