Description
<p>This paper proposes a new agent-oriented negotiation support system between labor and management and examines its usefulness. We design the negotiation model with the agents in the computer, which is called Win-Win negotiation system. This is to give certain amount of satisfaction equally to both sides. By using the genetic programming approach, we attempt to evolve the negotiation strategy of agent in order to get a better resolution. We apply the fuzzy control system and the utility theory to the concession process, because negotiations involve emotions like satisfaction, preference, ambiguity and intuitions in the conceding process. And, the influence of the public opinion is taken into consideration as one of factors. As a result, this method enables the negotiation partner to show the maximum amount of concession by considering their priorities, and both negotiation agents to show the equal amount of concession. Therefore it is thought to get the reasonable agreement, Win-Win agreement, for each other.</p>
