Description
<p>48歳女性，健診異常（胃体部のアレア不整）のため施行した上部消化管内視鏡検査で白色調・不整形で境界不明瞭なびらん・陥凹性病変がみられ，生検では抗Treponema pallidum抗体陽性のらせん状細菌を認め胃梅毒と診断した．H. pylori陽性であり除菌を行ったところ発熱がみられた．梅毒の治療後は内視鏡所見は改善し，梅毒による随伴症状もなく経過した．</p>
