<p>This study is aimed at developing a CSCL environment for a community of teachers as learners and evaluating its effects. In this CSCL environment, teachers talked about their lessons with each other through computer network. Also they reflected upon their lessons, their concepts of learning and teaching, and other topics through network interactions with others as well as visualization of relationships among ideas. As evaluation of this environment, we made qualitative analyses on what kinds of interactions and reflections teachers were engaged in and what resources affected those interactions and reflections. It was revealed that researchers' comments and facilitations as well as the software features played crucial roles in activating discussions and reflections. Also the interface of the software helped facilitate teachers' reflections on general ideas of teaching and learning.</p>
