説明

The authors found the following characters by applying the Capillary Images, between four kinds of Ephedra (E. sinica Stapf, equisetina Runge, E. distachya L. and Pagistan Ephedra in Japanese drug market.) 1. We .cannot be found the difference between four kinds by Image under the ordinaly lights, 2. Under the filtered ultra violet rays, we found that the under a-zone of the Image of E. distachya are bright blue and the non β-zone of Pagistan Ephedra are light whitely violet. These fluorescent Image make its appearence of cortex of these plants.
