本研究は,様々な物質の溶けた水溶液の性質を調べる方法として,ムラサキキャベツから得られる色素成分(アントシアン)を用いた色素成分の水溶液の酸性度による色の変化を通して,水溶液の性質を科学的に探究する方法を培うことを日的とした科学実験教材を開発し,小学校5年生に実践を行い本科学実験プログラムの有効性について検討したので報告する。
