Description

K-Ar determinations were made on the glauconites and celadonites from the younger Tertiary rocks of Northeast Japan. The K-Ar age of all specimens fall in a range from 6 to 15 m.y. Some of these ages are judged much younger than expected. Considerations on the causes of these phenomena are given in the text.
