The gust responses analysis was carried out for a cable-stayed bridge during its construction stage before the closing of the center span, with its girder overhanging on the center-span side as far as 500 meters in order to investigate the Reynolds number effects on gust responses. Steady aerodynamic force coefficients for gust responses analysis were measured over a wide Reynolds number range from 1.1×10^4 to 1.5×10^6 based on the dimension of deck height. Steady aerodynamic forces were measured in smooth airflow over the section models. It was found that there are Reynolds number effects on gust responses of the cable-stayed bridge under construction that is the subject of this research.
