Description
In this study, we consider the natural convection of air in a cylindrical container that is controlled by the magnetizing force in order to make a quasi-non-acceleration field by using a three-dimensional numerical analysis. The position of the imposed magnetic field is of crucial importance so that the magnetizing force may effectively control convection because there is variation in the magnetizing force. Then, we focus on finding the optimum coil position in which the natural convection takes its minimum average Nusselt number.
