Description

To study the food habits of the aquatic larvae of Protohermes grandis and Parachauliodes japonicus, both belonging to Corydalidae, 100 specimens of the former species and 18 specimens of the latter were examined. Among the contents of their alimentary canals the larvae of the may-flies and caddis-flies were most abundant. (see Tables 1 and 2)
