Abstract The DPC system now spread throughout public hospitals in the country. But, is this good for public hospital managemen? So, I compared fluctuations between management indexes of the hospitals that introduced DPC in 2009 and the ones that did not introduce it in 2008 and in 2010. The result is that the hospitals that introduced it are better and more improved that the hospitals that did not introduce the system. The major factor of the difference is that the income from the impatient per day is increaseing more in the hospitals with the DPC system.
