Description

Group removal project for disaster privention was applied to the case of reconstruction of settlements from Niigata-ken Chuetsu earthquake disaster. We conducted survey on past examples of group removal project for disaster privention in depopulated mountainous areas. This paper identifies characteristics and isses of group removal project for disaster privention as a system for reconstruction of settlement in depopulated mountainous area.
