  • 小児悪性固形腫瘍におけるFDG-PETの有用性

Abstract

小児悪性固形腫瘍に対し18 fluorodeoxy glucose positron emission tomography(FDG-PET)を用い,診断,治療効果判定における有用性を検討した.神経芽腫では,FDGは高い集積を示し,standard uptake value(SUV)の推移からみた治療効果判定や,再発の早期発見に有用であった.しかし肝芽腫においては,治療効果を反映せず,再発の早期発見に至らなかった症例があった.またウィルムス腫瘍におけるFDGの集積は,他の腫瘍と比較すると不良であった.ユーイング肉腫,未分化胚細胞腫,Langerhans cell histiocytosisは少数例の検討であるが,診断,治療効果判定に有用であった.
