Abstract

Recently, increase of aging population and finance the Japanese government went worse at the same time, the efficiency of health care has become a hot topic, because it is a suppression situation forced health care costs. In this way, it is a National Hospital Organization's was founded by National Institute of Health Care and Labor Agency in Japanese Government. The management of each hospital is adapted to perform the management owed the management responsibility literally, it becomes round in 10th this year than in 2004 in the hospital. This study pointed out the current situation and problems of medical institutions, chronic deficits of public hospitals in particular. Next chapter described the financial position of the National Hospital since 2004. After independent institution, National Hospital was carried out earnings management, revealed management control of hospital of chronic deficits. I am grateful that it would suggest to the other public hospitals, which will follow to be independent institutions in the future.
