Abstract
We review our recent studies on the non-Fermi-liquid (NFL) behavior of an impurity Anderson model (IAM) which has f^2 configuration and the non-Kramers doublet ground state of the crystalline electric field (CEF) in the atomic limit. The IAM shows successively the NFL, CEF-singlet and the Kondo-singlet like ground states when the hybridization strength increases. The magnetic susceptibility, and the specific heat under the magnetic field are calculated. The magneto resistance at T = 0 is also calculated for the NFL state. Its sign changes from negative to positive when the hybridization strength increases.
