This paper presents a novel framework for a scalable, flexible, and secure service integration infrastructure using graph databases. The proposed scheme provides loosely coupled clouds integration by using a messaging network enhanced by graph data base. A messaging network is a class of content-aware network and is constructed as a structured overlay network. Graph data base can improve the management of the service integration provided by the messaging network. The proposed infrastructure will help cloud system for governments and municipalities.
