Description
Congenital junctional ectopic tachycardia(JET)is a rare cardiac arrhythmia, and has been reported to be associated with high mortality. This unusual arrhythmia has a high familial incidence. We observed two siblings suffering from congenital JET, which was suspected prenatally by the findings of fetal heart rate monitoring in the younger one. There has previously been no fetal heart rate monitoring of congenital JET.
