Abstract
Bioassay-guided purification from the stem bark of Ochrosia oppositifolia led to the isolation of isoreserpiline (1), neisosposinine (2) and reserpinine (3). They showed moderate in vitro antiplasmodial activities against Plasmodium falciparum 3D7.
