Ten years have passed from the Hanshin Awaji Earthquake Disaster. Lessons and memory of the disaster are being lost even in the impacted area. Disaster reduction and human renovation institution sponsored by Ministory of land inftustructer and transportation stated the project collecting pictures and writings on the disaster using the web GIS system. Using the data registered in this GIS system, 3D image or 3D GIS of 1)before the event, 2)soon after the earthquake and 3)ten years after at the flower road which is landmark street of Kobe was developed.
