Abstract

"筆者らはさきに桐村著「歯乃養生法」の原本はJ.W. Whiteの""The Mouth and Teeth""の抄訳と考え,そのように発表した(1991).しかしその訳本は高山紀斎著『保歯新論』であることが,1998年樋口輝雄氏の指摘で判明した.その後筆者はJ.W. Whiteの著書を探査し別の小冊子が原著で,桐村の逐語訳であることをつきとめたので,その経緯を発表する."
