説明

The temperature dependences of thermal conductivity, electrical resistivity and magnetization of sintered high-T_c superconductors of YBa_2Cu_3O_<6.93>, YBa_2Cu_3O_<6.26> (non-superconductor), GdBa_2Cu_3O_<7.13>, La_<1.85>Sr_<0.15>CuO_<4-y> and Nd_<2-x>Ce_xCuO_<4-y> (x = 0.15, 0.18 and 0.20) have been investigated in the temperature range from 1.8 K to 250 K. It is found that feat transport is predominantly by phonons and that the thermal conductivity increases just below superconducting transition temperature, T_c, for the samples of YBa_2Cu_3O_<6.93> and GdBa_2Cu_3O_<7.13> and La_<1.85>Sr_<0.15>CuO_<4-y> (single crystal), which exhibits a similar behaviour to that of the usual metallic type II superconductor.
