Description
通常のバルクCMOSで用いられるトリプルウェルCMOSプロセスを用いて,p-n接合太陽電池を直列接続し,CMOS回路の基板電圧とは独立に0.9V,1.3Vを発生させる方法を初めて提案した.これにより,同一チップ上のリングオシレータが単一の太陽電池以上の動作電圧で動作できることを明らかにした.
