Description
In case of RSVP(Resource ReSerVation Protocol)is applied to the network, it is possible that the network could not provide the services without having resource reservation or Best Effort Service, because the services with resource reservation or Guaranteed Service ocuppy most of resources in the network.In this paper, we propose a traffic control mechanism which assigns adequately the network resources between the best effort service and the guaranteed service, together with the practical meams of realizing the system.
