This article presents a research for developing a suitable MOT application method to meet the needs of characteristically unique Japanese corporations. The major difficulty in developing this method is including both human abilities and technological capabilities from which to build and create innovative and value-added business models. Specifically, SN Conversion is presented. It is an evolutionary approach to unite "seeds" and "needs" concepts, as tools for enabling to foster Techno Producers who can in turn assist the corporations to create, coordinate, and design innovative and revolutionary ideas, services, and products. The Techno Producers are equipped with revolutionary management capabilities to achieve and render corporate "Visions" a reality.
