抄録

We realize that fundamentals of basic design taught at Bauhaus continues to influence our present-day education in the field of design. However, to cope with this fast chaging world, aspects of its training and conventional methods should constantly be examined and re-examined. This paper is presented to analyse a series of project proposed for the students of basic design, Hokkaido Tokai University, 1996 to 1998.
