Description

A part of research entitled "Celloid for Organismoid" is described. In this report, a quest for the emergence of global order, (or the formation of global pattern), out of local interaction between "celloid"s is presented. As a natural phenomenon which is tried to reconstruct with "celloid"s, the "LAS" phenomenon is selected, in which bristles of a fly emerges at the "Largest Available Space (LAS)", thus leading to a pattern formation. As an interaction mechanism between celloids, a new mechanism named "box-in-box-type genetic network" is introduced which is inspired from "genetic switch" in molecular biology. Experimental results are also reported.
