Description

Problems of synchronous rectifiers (SRs) used in parallel-module DC-DC converter system is revealed. Abnormal oscillation, excessive voltage and current stresses are observed in the parallel system due to the inherent capabilities of SRs such as reverse power-flowing and self-oscillation. The oscillation is analyzed theoretically and confirmed by the experiment.
