Description

This paper describes a method of facilitating the research-driven design process. We designed a set of simple fillable forms to provide designers appropriate points of view and guidance of analytical thought, based on the research and analysis method of Contextual Design. The examples of forms, which are for the phases of contextual research and creation of contextual models, are explained. We discuss that designing such forms can also facilitate the standardization and continuous improvement of the design process, as far as they are designed appropriately for the specific group of designers and the area of projects.
