Description
In this study we propose and analyze new structures for alloptical logic consisting of nonlinear material whose refractive index changes depending on optical intensity. All-optical logic elements usually mix more than one beam oflightwave. Most of previously proposed devices require precise phase control between the light beams. However, it is very hard to fix the relative phase difference between the light beams. Our proposing all-optical logic elements, which operate with monochromatic lightwaves, perform well in any phase condition of lightwaves.
