Description
To achieve the improvement in breakdown voltage of the reed switch,we have researched through experiment and combined analysis, affects on the discharge phenomena caused by a various factoss. The results revealed almost the discharge process.Besides,it is confirmed that movement of ion became active by increasing the applied voltage and also by elongating durating discharge.As well, the voltage at discharge start time is ascertained to be increased by surface deactivation treatment between contacts and making vacuum the glass tube.
