Description
In order to compare species by gene level, the alignment of amino acid or base sequences should be done. Needleman & Wunsch developed the computer alignment algorithm. Since then, there are many researches for the computer alignment. In this paper, based on the multiple alignment by Simulated Annealing, we introduce a new algorithm of the multiple alignment taking account the protein structure expressed by Ramachangdran-Plot, that is, the plot of angle joining amino acids.
