イノシトール3燐酸、ジグリセリドを中心とする細胞内における生化学的情報伝達、処理システムの特性をシステムエ学的視点から解析した。系の固有値は1個の0を有し安定限界であった。マトリックスの階数から不可制御であった。インパルス応答(物質濃度)は0値に漸近し反応は終了したがPI(3,4,5)P3のみ一定値を維持した。系の特異点は周波数に独立しており系の最適化により減少した。本研究は生化学的情報伝達、処理機構の制御特性を解明するのに有益である。
The intra cellular biochcmital signa1 information processing system relating to Inosito1 3phosphate- Di Glyceride was analyzed by lincar systems analysis. This mcthod disclosed that the system is limit stable but uncontro1lable. The impulse responses ( concentration ) of each component in the system have rcached to 0 value and terminated within a certain time except PI(3,4,5)P3 which has continued to increase. Thc singular valucs of thc system was insensitive to frequency ( rad/scc ) and was decreased by the system optimization. Prescnt investigation is available to evaluatc the biochemical information transmission
