Our research focuses on he exploration of organizational knowledge.To cope with this issue we developed FISH,which stands for Flexible Information Sharing and Handling system.FISH is designed to provide cooperative information sharing in a group work context and to support know-how information propagation.FISH′ s database stores know-how information as cards with multiple keywords and content. In this paper,organizational information sharing is explored from the viewpoint of the analysis of ″know-how″ which we define as unstructured knowledge acquired through the job.Based on results from a two-year experiment,the relation between information and its keywords is discussed.Categorized information with keywords is also described.
