Objective: To turn to account in life guidance the result of analysis of orientation for patient on cardiac catheterization. Subjects: A mail questionnaire survey was taken of 12 hospitals and 256 nurses with orientation for patient on cardiac catheterization. Questionnaire design: 78 questions about orientation for patient on cardiac catheterization are answered by checking YES or NO. Result: 12 hospitals used pamphlet and explanation individuality for patients on cardiac catheterization. It was revealed that necessary equipment, fasting, complete bed rest, urination was the most important factor of orientation for patient on cardiac atheterization. Furthermore, nurses pay attention to ask, painful and anxiety, who have a bitter experience on cardiac catheterization. In the study population more skilled nurses tend to rate painful and anxiety of patients of cardiac catheterization higher than unripeness nurses. the result of analysis ware insufficiency that orientation of informed consent of patients on cardiac catheterization.
