This paper reports the meetings between Tsuyama National College of Technology in Japan and Dalian NeusoftInstitute in China which were held from 2008 to 2011. Our school concluded an agreement with Dalian Neusoft Institutefour years ago for the purpose of international exchange of the students. We have so far planned the researchpresentations, the excursions and the activities. In addition, the meetings were supported as a project by Japanesegovernment in 2010. The project is called Joint Project to Promote International Activities at Colleges in Chugoku Area.Therefore, we held the meetings with the students and the teachers not just of Dalian Neusoft Institute but also of othercountries and technical colleges in Chugoku area in 2010 and 2011. We had the meet in Okayama in 2010 and gatheredtogether in Dalian Neusoft Institute in 2011. It seems that the students were able to cultivate the better friendship throughsome orienteering and activities in these four years. We concluded a further agreement again aiming at encouraginginternational exchange of the students and holding seminars and lectures between the researchers at the end of March,2012.
