Description

It has recently been said that the number of the constipated tends to increase and that more women suffer from constipation than men. Many reports show that the changes in living environment cause constipation. We carried out a survey to find out the relationship between constipation and the present-day lifestyle. Our analysis shows that the major causes of the women's constipation are the stresses and the lack of excercises, whereas the men's constipation is mainly caused by the stresses and strains.
