Phospholipase D from Streptomyces effectively oatalyzed the transfer reaction of the phosphatidyl residue from phosphatidyl-cholines to the primary hydroxyl group of homoserine in a two-phase system. Various phosphatidylhomoserines were easily prepared in good yields by this reaction.
