Description
The horizontal noises are occasionaly appered on JERS-1 VNIR images.These noises in the VNIR images have power spectrum around ± 100Hz. To reduce these noise,we carried out a filtering to the VNIR image,then we could obtained fine VNIR images destriped of horizontal noise. This paper describes a method and an effectiveness of the destriping against horizontal noise on VNIR images,used at Earth Observation Center(EOC), NASDA.
