Description
It has been known that a good broad band antenna could be obtained by adding two parasitic elements at a small distance from and parallel to a monopole antenna.In this paper,a broad band delta loop antenna with one or two closely spaced parasitic elements is presented.The effect of closely spaced parasitic elements on delta loop antenna is considered with respect to properties of input impedance and current distribution.As a result, it is found that the delta loop antenna with two closely spaced identical parasitic elements have one octave band width.
